Join Girl Scouts San Diego CEO Carol and District Attorney Summer Stephan (Cool Woman 2021) for an engaging conversation on “The Ugly Truth about Human Trafficking.” As a prosecutor, District Attorney Summer Stephan has been delivering justice for victims of crime in San Diego County for nearly three decades. She is recognized as a national leader in the fight against human trafficking and is a staunch advocate for protecting children and families. Registration is free for this virtual event.

On Wednesday, Sept. 29, 5:30-6:30 p.m., join Girl Scouts San Diego CEO Carol Dedrich and Fatima Oguz, Principal Engineer/Manager and other Qualcomm Women engineers as they share their personal journeys to professions in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). Learn how they found new ways to view successful career opportunities in fields once thought to be discouraging or intimidating. Registration is free for this virtual event.
